Immigration Services
Immigration Law and Citizenship or naturalisation law are a branch of public law.
- Immigration Law is related to travel and the requirements for travel in a different country either intending to live there by establishing a residence often coupled with an intention to work or establish a business.
- Naturalization and citizenship law deals with the rights and/ obligations of nationals (citizens) of a country including the right to be “naturalised” i.e. to become a citizen of a country under certain conditions.
